Everyone can learn Reiki.
Some people like to learn on a 1:1 basis;
others prefer to learn in small groups.
Why learn Reiki with me?
Discovering the benefits of Reiki changed my life. I learned how to manage stress and how to optimise my energy and health to live a fulfilling life. Now, I want to help you feel similar positive experiences.
With over 25 years of experience of practising and teaching Reiki, it is my absolute passion to share its wonderful benefits with anyone who wants to learn. Whether you just want to give healing to your friends and family, build a small Reiki business or whether you want to eventually become a Reiki Master Teacher yourself I can help you.
I practice Usui, Karuna and Jikiden Reiki and teach Usui Reiki. I also practice and teach Seichim which is an Egyptian form of energy healing that particularly helps with feminine issues such as hormones, puberty, fertility, pregnancy, PMS, menopause, and emotional issues. Reiki led me to Knowle Grange Health Spa in Frant, just outside Tunbridge Wells which I owned together with my husband Clive for 17 years. The concepts of kindness and compassion which are part of Reiki culture were embodied into all our treatments and interactions with clients and the team.
To deepen my understanding of Reiki and the principles behind it, I have visited Japan to learn from a traditional Japanese Master. I use a blend of techniques from each healing modality and from the knowledge I have gained over 25 years in the field of wellbeing.
I am also a Shamanic Healer and a Kinesiologist.
Whilst providing comprehensive teaching materials, the courses are highly practical and enjoyable.
I teach in Tunbridge Wells at The Spring Rooms in Sussex Mews near the Pantiles and also at Eden Mind Body and Spirit in Edenbridge High Street. The timings and days of classes are really flexible as they are to suit the availability of the attendees.

Introduction to Reiki £125​
​If you would like a simple day’s course to introduce you to Reiki and to enable you to get started with giving healing to friends and family straightaway, this course is for you.
Some people find learning about the chakras and anatomy and physiology daunting. If you simply want to learn the essence of Reiki and energy healing this course takes just one day and you will be ready to start your Reiki healing journey.
If you wish to progress to becoming certified to Reiki First Degree at a later stage you will need a second day of instruction, costing £125

Reiki Degree 1 £210
Hours required 10 hours
Case studies required 6
(Next course - August 2026, then every month)
After successfully completing this course
and a further 6 case studies, you will be qualified to give treatments to yourself, friends and family on a complimentary basis.

Learn the history of Reiki and basic Anatomy & Physiology.
Discover how to clear and balance chakras.
Understand how the chakras correlate to the glands of the endocrinal system.

You will receive your Reiki Degree 1 Attunements, a wonderful experience that heightens
your own vibration and enables you to
channel energy to be able to treat others.
​​
I include teaching of the Power Symbol
in Reiki Degree 1, as I believe that it accentuates your reiki practice at an early stage.

The course is very practical, so you will be able to begin giving Reiki to yourself, friends and family early on.
Reiki Degree 2 £350
(Next course - September 2026)
After successful completion of this course and submission of 10 case studies, you will be able
to start to practice reiki safely at practitioner level.
​
Your Reiki Attunements will enhance the power and intuition of your Reiki practice. Learning the harmony and protection symbol will enable you to become more intuitive.
​
You’ll be able to use tools to help you and your clients, family and friends be more able to access and find solutions to improve their mental, emotional and physical health and wellbeing.
​
You will learn the distance symbol, enabling you to give distance reiki that transcends time and space.
​
It can also help relieve issues from previous stressful issues that are no longer relevant for you.
For clients who are vulnerable or too far away, you can give remote sessions.
Reiki Degree III £475
(Master practitioner level)
(Next course - August 2026, then every 3 months)
At this level the attunements you will receive will elevate your ability to connect with the highest realms of the spiritual world and energy.
You will learn three new symbols which will empower you to be able to help clients heal at a deep cellular level, helping balance their body, emotions and spirit.
You will study the philosophy of the spiritual world, learn how to go on astral journeys and remove spirit attachments. You and your clients will feel more balanced, energised, focussed and calm.

The studies of all three levels of Usui Reiki are brought together and integrated so that you will be confident in providing safe, effective and personalised Reiki treatments to your clients.
​
You will need to provide 20 case studies for this level.
​
It is the highest practitioner level of Usui Reiki.
Reiki Teaching Masters £495
(Next course - October 2026)
If you wish to share the valuable lessons you have learned from your study and
practice of Reiki, then this is the course for you.
You need to be Reiki Degree 3 qualified to come on this course (unless you are learning Reiki Degree III practitioner and Reiki Teaching Masters as a combined course).
​
You must have a sound understanding and knowledge of the history and principles of Reiki. Evidence of practical healing is also important.
​
You will learn to how to give Reiki attunements to students, how to develop your own teaching material, how to show students to practice Reiki safely, effectively and ethically.
At the end of this course you will be qualified to teach Reiki I, II and III.
This is the highest Usui Reiki qualification. You will be entitled to use the title Reiki Master.
Seichim Degree I & II £150
(Suitable for those who have passed Reiki Degree I)
(Next course - August 2026)
An Egyptian form of energy healing that particularly helps with feminine issues; hormones, puberty, fertility, pregnancy, PMS, menopause, love. There is an important symbol which opens, clears and rebalances the heart chakra. Useful for heartache, grief, loss, broken relationships, healing one's inner child, trauma, bringing more love into one's life.
